At PS Home Baker, we specialise in freshly baked, made-to-order products that are carefully prepared and delivered with utmost hygiene and quality standards. Please read our shipping and delivery policy to understand how we handle your orders.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are prepared fresh upon confirmation.
  • Standard processing time is 12–24 hours, depending on the product and customization.
  • For customised cakes and bulk orders, we recommend placing your order at least 2–3 days in advance.

Delivery Timings

  • We offer delivery within selected areas as per available time slots.
  • Customers can choose their preferred delivery date and time slot while placing the order.
  • While we strive to deliver within the selected time, a buffer of 30–60 minutes may apply due to external factors.

Shipping/Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location and order value.
  • Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.
  • Free delivery (if applicable) will be mentioned on the website or promotional offers.

Delivery Areas

  • Currently, we deliver within specified local areas/city limits.
  • Orders outside our service area may be declined or require special arrangements.

Same-Day & Urgent Deliveries

  • Same-day delivery may be available for select products and locations.
  • Additional charges may apply for urgent or express deliveries.
  • Availability depends on production capacity and order timing.

Order Tracking & Communication

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via call, message, or email.
  • Our team may contact you prior to delivery for coordination.

Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery location to receive the order.
  • In case of recipient unavailability:
    • Our delivery partner will attempt to contact the customer.
    • Re-delivery may incur additional charges.

Delays in Delivery

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
  • Unreachable contact number

PS Home Baker will not be held responsible for delays caused by such external factors, but we will always try our best to keep you informed.

Product Handling Responsibility

  • Once the order is delivered, responsibility for the product lies with the customer.
  • We recommend proper storage (especially for cakes and perishable items) to maintain freshness and quality.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us within 2 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
  • We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution (replacement or partial refund) at our discretion.
