At PS Home Baker, each product is freshly prepared with care and crafted specifically for you. As most of our offerings are made-to-order and customized, we follow a strict refund and cancellation policy to maintain quality and efficiency.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • For same-day or next-day deliveries, cancellations are not allowed once the order is confirmed.
  • Customized or theme-based cakes/orders cannot be cancelled once the design process has begun.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp with your order details.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
    • Order was cancelled within the eligible cancellation window.
    • We are unable to fulfil your order due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Due to the nature of our products, refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation.
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer (delivery address, contact details, etc.).
  • Minor variations in design, colour, or decoration (as all products are handmade).
  • Delay caused due to incorrect delivery details or unavailability of the recipient.

Quality Concerns

We take pride in using high-quality ingredients and maintaining hygiene standards.

  • If you have a genuine concern regarding product quality, please inform us within 4 hours of delivery along with clear photos.
  • Each case will be reviewed, and a suitable resolution (replacement/partial refund) may be offered at our discretion.

Delivery Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused due to external factors such as traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • In case of failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
